Community Relations Specialist/Field Marketing Specialist - Kids Dental Brands

**Competitive Salary Plus Quarterly Bonus Potential of up to $2,500**

KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (NORTH CAROLINA & DANVILLE) is looking for a full-time Community Relations Specialist who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community. The Community Relations Specialist's core function is to build awareness of our local dental practices and generate new patients in our offices. This role will work to develop relationships with key community partners, local schools, Head Start programs, and family support organizations in NORTH CAROLINA OR DANVILLE, VA.

JOB TYPE: Full-time remote position. NC or VA

TRAVEL: Minimal travel is required between NC and southern VA

PAY: Starting salary $40,000k-$42,000k

BONUS PAY: Quarterly bonus potential of $2500/quarter based on performance objectives and new patient goals. Travel required in NC and southern VA. Car allowance of $300/month provided.

EXPERIENCE 1+ years in community relations/outreach, dental administrative work, marketing

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Increase the number of new patients in local orthodontic dental offices
• Conduct research to support PR planning
• Assist in organizing and executing events, campaigns, etc.
• Represent the organization in public-facing events
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
• Day-to-day reporting and collaboration with a remote management team
• Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)
• ***Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a plus! (Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, etc..)
• Assist with social media efforts
• Support long-term relationship management with local businesses
• Maintain ongoing call schedules with existing referral partners and community stakeholders to deliver promotional materials
• Must be okay with some travel. Will include 50% of travel between NORTH CAROLINA and DANVILLE, VA
