Position Overview

The Provider Talent Acquisition Administrator supports our national recruitment efforts by helping build and strengthen our provider teams across the country. This opportunity is perfect for an organized, driven, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within a company built on purpose and heart. This role provides the foundation for professional growth in healthcare recruiting and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing to help manage engaging social media content and recruitment campaigns to promote opportunities and elevate the Kids Dental Brands employer brand.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with student organizations, school administrators, and event coordinators to strengthen KDB’s campus presence.

  • Source, screen, and track potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, AAPD and internal referrals.

  • Schedule interviews, site visits, and travel arrangements for candidates and leadership teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to produce recruitment content, streamline hiring workflows, and ensure consistent communication.

  • Generate and maintain recruiting reports and event recaps for leadership review.

  • Support pre-onboarding communication and candidate experience initiatives, including welcome packages and event follow-ups.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Experience in the following areas will be highly valued and contribute to your success in this role:

  • Coordinating large-scale recruitment events across multiple states.

  • Managing vendor payments, logistics, and school registrations.

  • Working with marketing in creating promotional content, flyers, and marketing collateral for recruitment campaigns.

  • Handling high-volume scheduling and travel coordination for candidates during interview clinic visits.

  • Using ATS software and job boards such as HubSpot, Clear Company, Indeed, LinkedIn, AAPD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in healthcare or dental recruiting.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems.

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
