We’re currently seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Hamilton location. In this role, you’ll be the operational and cultural leader of the front office, overseeing the operational function of the front-desk while ensuring an outstanding patient and family experience. We’re looking for someone upbeat, passionate about helping others, and motivated to make a difference in their community.

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in office management

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday

PAY: Starting at $25.00

• Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving

• Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
• Greet patients and welcome them at check-in
• Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Training and development of front-office staff
