Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all traditional business analyst tasks, with a focus on gathering requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires a strong understanding of technical requirements, the ability to decipher qualitative needs, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure all voices are heard and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop use cases and other technical documentation to guide development efforts.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to delve into the underlying needs behind stakeholder requests.
  • Collaborate with engineers without dictating how solutions should be built.
  • Assemble and assess requirements for approval by the project manager.
  • Assist in creating documentation to guide developers and minimize questions during implementation.
  • Relay technical information to end-users in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Create training materials, including decks, to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
  • Understand application flow and translate it into comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technical document writing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (3 days a week in-office).
  • Product Owner experience or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of both backend and user-side technical requirements.
