The Front Office Manager is the clinical leader at the office level and will primarily be responsible for supporting all front-office personnel. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community!

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in office management

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: Monday -Friday 

PAY: Starting at $20+

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving.
• Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork.
• Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient.
• Greet patients and welcome them at check-in.
• Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Training and development of front-office staff
